Buying a home from out of state presented significant logistical challenges, but Anna made every stage—from the initial search and closing process to our transition into the community—smooth and manageable.•Before: Our home search lasted more than a year because we had highly specific, non-negotiable requirements: an updated, move-in-ready home with an open floor plan, a pool, and water access. We initially considered properties across a broad geographic area near several regional lakes, including Lake Wylie and High Rock Lake. We can”t say enough about how great Christine was to work with! We were out of state and Christine was truly boots on the ground for us. I was nervous about buying in another state. Christine was great to guide us through the process and help us understand the things that were different to the NC buying process. She thought of details we didn’t even know to think of! When we came to town, she had our day set up to be efficient . She prepared packets on each home and created a packet for each house and space to take notes as we toured. This was so helpful since we were having to cover a lot of ground in a short time while we were in town. She was great to guide us through the negotiation and contract phase. We were impressed the level of detail she brought to making sure all the items were handled in terms of inspections etc. She made the period before close so easy helping to guide each detail. We highly recommend Christine if you want a buying process that is easy and worry free. Christine truly was always looking out for our best interests. We can’t say enough about her level of detail and how she guided us from her researching homes, organizing our tours to scheduling and helping us through each step post offer acceptance. Lori has handled the sale of two properties for us.
